You can easily book an appointment with us via WhatsApp or by calling our clinic directly. We offer same day appointments whenever possible and if you prefer to book well in advance we will remind you the day before so you can confirm or alter your session as required

Each session lasts 40 minutes. Occasionally, we may run over, but we will always check that you have the time.

No. You are welcome to stay fully clothed during every assesment and treatment. If we believe you have a slight scoliosis and it might affect our treatment we may ask if we can lift your top so we can see your back. If you request a treatment that requires getting to the skin (Acupuncture) then we may ask you to remove an item of clothing so we can perfrom the treatment.

No, all treatments are provided for one price within the same session. If you need osteopathic manipulation and mobilizations with dry needling and exercise rehab, these will all be done within the same session and for the same price!
